The power of a deep, cleansing breath is well known – it powers down our automatic stress responses and helps us feel more grounded. Breathwork encompasses various techniques that incorporate the intentional use of the breath. Basically, you can learn to regulate the flow of breath to balance the body and mind. Since there are many directions in which to regulate the breath for specific needs, allow the power of Shivani‘s soothing voice and expert knowledge to guide you while teaching you these valuable techniques in order to continue the work as needed in between sessions!

Reiki

Japanese form of energy healing and a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Mantra & energy flow

combines reiki healing & chakra*  balancing with the power of mantra for a level of vibrational healing that goes beyond reiki alone. 

*Chakras

The concept of Subtle Anatomy known in Eastern traditions, particularly those that developed in India during the 1st millennium AD, primarily describes nadi and chakra in a “subtle body” context. They are in the same dimension as psyche-mind reality that is invisible yet real. The concept of “life energy”, called Prana can be felt from awareness of the inhalation-exhalation to far more complex Breath practices, called Pranayama, balancing the body-mind-emotions-energy.

This session may be booked on its own for 45min, or as an add-on to an Integrated Stretch session for 15 minutes. This can be offered as a private session or a private group or pair as well.

Shivani can guide you as well as empower you to confidently practice on your own, in between sessions for a lasting effect!
