JM “Shivani” Belzile, CYT has been offering yoga, meditation, and “contact yoga” in the Southern NH area for over 16 years. Recently a graduate of the NASM Stretch and Flexibility course, Shivani has enhanced her “contact yoga” techniques and is looking forward to assisting you in gaining mobility along with the possibility of decreasing pain in the body. A personal appointment for Meditation, energy or bodywork, whether it be “Reiki”, “Nidra”, or “Stretch” is paired with skilled pranayama (breath work) guidance to enhance the relaxation of mind. 

 As a Reiki Master, Shivani’s touch often naturally feels calming and yet energizing. Some say, “To be with Shivani feels joyful”.

Yoga, Restore, and Breath: Looking for muscular relief while gaining mobility and flexibility!? We will explore many ways to encourage the tight muscles in the body to relax!  These sessions will incorporate gentle mobility, muscular tension release, and restorative postures along with pranayama and meditation. A Balanced body feels better!!!

This can be offered as a private session, private group, or pair at any host location. Semiprivate sessions are currently being offered at Amala Wellness on Monday and Tuesday evenings at 5:30pm & are limited to 6 participants to foster a more individualized experience. 

Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation: An Epic Journey through “all 5 bodies”! We are many fascinating layers, more than “just your body”. This “meditation” experience brings you through those layers to your highest consciousness in order to effect change and growth in your inner and outer world.

Receive Yoga Nidra for a dynamic experience that traverses the edges of consciousness!

This session may be booked on its own for 45min, or as an add-on to an Integrated Stretch session for 15 minutes. This can be offered as a private session or a private group or pair as well. 

Integrated Stretch and Relaxation: Flexibility and mobility are vital to overall health and wellness. This skilled approach to assisted stretching and tension release work is designed to increase your flexibility & mobility. Each session incorporates a balance of physically assisted positions with guided self-tension release work along with breath techniques referred to as Pranayama in order to assist in total mind/body relaxation.

This is a one-on-one offering only. Add Yoga Nidra or Reiki to enhance this experience!

Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing and a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a “universal energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.  

This session may be booked on its own as a 30-minute or 60-minute session, or as an add-on to an integrated stretch or Yoga Nidra session for 15 minutes

Ayurvedic Nutrition: Based on mind-body balance, Ayurvedic Nutrition provides education to understand how this eating pattern may balance health of body and mind. 

People often seek this knowledge to help bring balance to the different types of energy within the body, which is said to improve health. 

An Ayurvedic menu is an eating plan that sets guidelines for when, how, and what to eat for your unique physiology, environment, and personality type. This is a lifestyle that encourages daily self-care techniques and mindfulness. 

Encouraging whole foods rich in nutrition, this menu minimizes processed foods. Eating this way may promote weight loss, increased health, and balanced mood. As mindfulness is a big part of this lifestyle change, this method promotes a healthy relationship with self.
